Life coaching supports clients in all areas of their lives. It is a holistic approach that aims to restore balance to a persons life by focusing on all areas not just one area in isolation.
These are the key areas that life coaching addresses:

In setting out on new business ventures.

In combating stress and dealing with stressful situations.

In managing financial matters.

In health, fitness weight and nutrition management.

In social relationships.
It is important that all of the above aspects are addressed as if one spends many hours at work and neglects their health then this could result in having to take time off from work or their business which results in their work or business suffering. Conversely when one's health improves so does their productivity at work which then produces a positive effect in all other aspects of one's life.
Also by setting goals in all aspects and supporting them to achieve these results brings a sense of awareness to the importance of having a balanced and holistic approach to life and so improved happiness and fulfillment.
Life coaching is a relationship between coach and client that bridges the gap between where the client is now and where they want to be. Instead of being in the rut of inactivity it motivates people to take action and so move with purpose and direction to the life of their dreams that they truly desire.
The coach has total belief in the clients potential and the ability for them to achieve their life goals. As an NLP Practitoner I believe that eveyone has the resources whithin them to succeed. (One of the presuppositions of Neuro Linguistic programming)

John has done so much for me during the coaching sessions. He is flexible because he does sessions either over the phone, via Skype as well as on a one to one basis. I am extremely grateful to John as he has contributed greatly in improving my relationships with others. He helped me see what was behind other people's behaviour and why they act as they do. He helped me to understand the motivation of my own responses towards others and gave me new perspectives so that now I have alternative ways to look at a situation.
