"I would like to take this opportunity to thank John Lingley for the wellbeing day that he provided for us here at S Three. It consisted of him providing 1:1 coaching sessions in the areas of fitness training, nutrition, weight management, goal setting and stress management.
The sessions were very well received by our staff and surveys carried out on the effectiveness of the sessions resulted in most of the participants feeling motivated to make changes to their lifestyle.
John also provided an interactive workshop for 12 members of staff on stress management, which included coping strategies, self responsibility, flexible thinking, self acceptance and visualisation techniques.
The workshop was also well received and handouts were given with coping strategies for the staff to use if feeling stressed. Also John explained to us how to change our thinking so as to be more effective at how we react to stressful situations when they present themselves.
I would recommend John’s wellbeing workshop days to other companies and individuals as I feel that the service provided is of a high professional standard and is very beneficial for the health and wellbeing of employees."
