Coaching

The coaching programme that I offer complements the physical fitness training as it supports people to reduce stress through NLP, Mindfulness and Meditation. It's aim is to restore, mental clarity, calmness, to improve our energy levels and so restore wholeness to the mind and body.

The mind and body are inter-connected so what affects one will affect the other. By achieving fitness for the mind will also increase our health in our body. Please look at the Stress at Work page for more information on the many harmful effects that stress has on both the mind and body and the benefits that exercise has on reducing it.

Mindfulness and meditation are very simple techniques that are easy to learn and have been proven to be very beneficial for our health.

NLP techniques can be used to complement a fitness programme to reduce weight or to support an improvement in sports performance by removing barriers to your success.

The coaching sessions are purely optional and do not have to be a part of the personal training programmes that I offer.
