I established Aspirations Personal Fitness Training as I am passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing.

My unique fitness training programmes aim to remove the barriers and limiting beliefs that hinder growth, allowing you to achieve your health and fitness goals. I focus on increasing your physical fitness and reducing stress and so increase your well-being, through healthy nutrition and physical activity. This approach is highly effective and achieves results.
I have worked extensively in the health and fitness industry over the past 20 years, delivering fitness programmes to nationally ranked squash players, Eton College and Wycombe Abbey public schools and several private sector corporate companies in Amersham and London.
By achieving a healthy body weight, blood pressure and body fat % through regular fitness training, you will be reducing your risk of a number of illnesses including: heart disease, stroke, certain types of cancer, Alzheimers' disease and type 2 diabetes.
I have worked with a range of age ranges over the 20 year period. It is never to late to improve one's fitness and I have worked with people in their 70s and 80s to improve their cardiovascular, strength and flexibility.
My personal fitness programme encompasses: running, cycling, strength training and flexibility training.
