I established Aspirations Personal Fitness Training & Coaching as I am passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing.
I believe that we all have the resources within us to achieve the results what we truly desire and the fitness programmes that I deliver are committed to your success.
My unique fitness training programmes aim to remove the barriers and limiting beliefs that hinder growth, allowing you to achieve your health and fitness goals. I focus on increasing your physical fitness and reducing stress and so increase your well-being, through healthy nutrition and physical activity. This approach is highly effective and achieves results.
I have worked extensively in the health and fitness industry over the past 15 years, delivering fitness programmes to nationally ranked squash players, Eton College and Wycombe Abbey public schools and several private sector companies.
The mind and body are interconnected and research shows that many illnesses arise when our bodies experience a state of ‘dis-ease’. Stress, anxiety, depression and chronic unhappiness can have a major impact on health and wellbeing.
